- The Finance Committee shall act as the principal budgeting organ of the Association and Fund raising.
- It shall investigate and prepare the budget for the next fiscal year.
- It shall identify ways and means of raising and spending funds by the Association.
- The Financial Secretary and the Treasurer shall be ex-officio members of this committee.
- The Finance Committee shall have not more than five members.
