- The Project Committee shall have the responsibility of developing plans for the projects of the Association.
- It shall assess, evaluate and prioritize IDA projects.
- In cooperation with Finance Committee, it shall develop strategies for implementing the projects.
- The Project Committee shall have not more than seven members.
