Finance Committee

  1. The Finance Committee shall act as the principal budgeting organ of the Association and Fund raising.
  2. It shall investigate and prepare the budget for the next fiscal year.
  3. It shall identify ways and means of raising and spending funds by the Association.
  4. The Financial Secretary and the Treasurer shall be ex-officio members of this committee.
  5. The Finance Committee shall have not more than five members.
